PRESIDENT's Corner

T.RAD North America, Inc. (TRA) began our 4 year midterm plan (T.RAD 9th midterm plan) in January 2010. We face a big challenge to succeed after experiencing the global recession. TRA’s goal by 2013, which is the final year of our midterm plan, is to raise our sales amount two times the 2009 sales amount. This will be an extremely large and important task for TRA’s future.

TRA expects to get new business to help in increasing our sales volume. The new business will include a new aluminum thick core design for the agricultural and construction application. The Exhaust Gas Recirculation Cooler (EGRC) for hybrid and gasoline engine for truck and automotive application will also help TRA to reach our sales target.

TRA will continue its mission to develop a safe working environment for all of our associates and visitors. TRA will work as a team and will continue to develop open communication throughout the company and support fully the goals of the best quality products, on time delivery at a competitive price. I believe our associates understand the mission very well and are thoroughly committed to work day to day toward our goals.

TRA and our suppliers are committed to our customers to provide excellent products and continue to improve by utilizing the KAIZEN philosophy of continuous improvement. Our motto of “BUILT IN QUALITY” describes our associate’s desire to build the best quality products possible
